Rhubarb Bread

1 c brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 c oil
1 c sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c diced fresh rhubarb
1/2 c white sugar
1 T butter
Beat together brown sugar, egg and oil. Whisk sour milk, baking soda, salt and vanilla and add to first mixture, stirring well.
Add flour and mix well. Stir in rhubarb.
Pour into two greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with mixture of white sugar and butter. Bake at 350˚ for one hour or till done.
